Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is a 312-bed welfare hospital being developed in Malir, Karachi, with planned opening in December 2026. We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Training & Development
• Payroll & Attendance Management
• HR Policies & Documentation
• Support in day-to-day HR operations

Qualification: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment, with strong exposure to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, and Payroll.

Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage HR operations effectively.
