Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout.
• Handle joining, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Manage day-to-day HR generalist activities and employee queries.
• Coordinate with management and business teams for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS and recruitment trackers.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and HR policies.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance.
