* Ensure completion of joining documents and employee records.
* Manage asset handover/return, NOCs and department-wise no-dues.
Required Candidate profile
* Exp. in HR in a manufacturing industry.
* Practical knowledge of SAP HR / HCM transactions and employee lifecycle processes.
* Experience handling blue-collar workforce documentation and records.
