Job Summary

Logix Solutions is seeking a target-oriented Assistant Manager – HR & Business Development to lead recruitment and training divisions, acquire new clients, drive revenue growth, and manage team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads and acquire corporate clients for recruitment, HR outsourcing, training, and certification services.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment for clients.
• Lead business development and registrations for training and professional certification programs.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor recruitment and training teams.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, recruitment, and training targets.
• Prepare performance reports and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, business development, or HR consultancy.
• Strong sales, client management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive professional capable of managing HR operations while driving business development and revenue growth.
