Management Graduate in HR With Around 10 yrs of Experience in
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, employee records,statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).
- Design and maintain HR policies in line with statutory regulations and best practices.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for various functions: Job posting, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
