Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee data management.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain accurate records of employee departures.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and joining formalities.
• Proficiency in managing large volumes of employee data accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
