Assistant Manager - Human Resource - Khar West

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute hiring strategies specifically for luxury real estate roles, including luxury sales consultants, relationship managers, senior leadership, Technical Team
• Identify and attract high-caliber candidates with experience in luxury sales, real estate, premium brands
• Build talent pipelines through exclusive networks, industry referrals, and headhunting
• Partner closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs for high-value projects and marquee developments
• Ensure candidates align with the companys premium brand image, communication standards, and client engagement expectations
• Lead executive search for niche and leadership roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on candidate experience and brand perception
• Conduct competency-based interviews focused on client handling, negotiation, and luxury sales experience
• Oversee compensation benchmarking for premium talent in the Mumbai market
• Strengthen employer branding to position the company as a top choice in luxury real estate careers
• Onboarding with Induction
• Conduct Exit Interviews for feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PG in HR or related field
• 6 to 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury real estate, premium Projects
• Proven experience hiring for HNI/UHNI client-facing roles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
• Expertise in headhunting and executive search, HR ops, PMS
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent
• Experience working with Real Estate developer
• Female candidates preferred
