Assistant Manager - Human Resources and Administration

We are a construction company in Hong Kong. To cope with expansion, we are looking for HR and Administrative Assistant Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• HR Management: Deliver full-spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits (C&B).

• Payroll & Compliance: Executing payroll and ensuring compliance with local employment ordinances, tax, and MPF regulations.

• Training and Development: Assist in the staff training and development, implementation, and streamlining of HR policies and procedures

• Reporting: Preparing HR analytics, headcount and salary reports

• Office Administration: Overseeing office operations, vendor management, office equipment maintenance, and procurement.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, and HR regulations
• Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
