Responsibilities

• High-Volume & Specialist Recruitment: Drive end-to-end bulk hiring campaigns for Retail Talent of Office and frontline roles e.g. Sales Advisor / specialized Furniture/Interior Designers to support business expansion.
• Social Media & Omnichannel Sourcing: Leverage digital channels (e.g. Recruitment Platforms – JobsDB/LinkedIn/University portals, Social Media – LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram) to build talent pipelines and enhance our employer brand.
• AI Integration & HR Tech Innovation: Identify, test, and implement AI-powered HR solutions (e.g., automated CV screening, AI interviewing assistants, chatbot engagement tools) to streamline hiring and cut time-to-hire.
• HR Projects & Process Optimization: Propose and implement strategic HR initiatives including recruitment analytics, onboarding journey enhancement, employer branding and HR workflow automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Retail end-users to align headcount planning with business strategy.
• Talent Pipeline & Campus Outreach: Organize recruitment days, career fairs, and partnerships with design institutes/polytechnics to secure emerging design talent.
• Ad-hoc Project Management: Support Department Head on ad-hoc projects assigned by top management

Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with 6+ years of solid HR/TA experience, ideally within Retail, FMCG sectors.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in high-volume recruitment for retail frontline staff alongside technical creative hiring (Furniture/Interior Designers).
• Digital Sourcing Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with modern recruiting platforms, social media sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Ads/Groups), and direct sourcing techniques.
• AI & Tech Savviness: Strong interest and practical familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI ATS modules, video screening software) applied to HR operations.
• Core Attributes: Agile, metrics-driven mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Language Proficiency: Able to communicate with all levels of people in Mandarin & English
