Assistant Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a proactive,detail-oriented, and technically skilled HR Technology Supervisor to join ourHuman Resources team. This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-dayoperations of HR technology support functions, ensuring the effective administrationand optimization of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Darwinbox. TheHR Technology Supervisor oversees system support activities, data integrity,quality assurance activities, and the execution of HR technology initiativeswhile providing leadership and guidance to a small team.

Working in partnership with the HRTechnology Manager, this role supports system enhancements, processimprovements, testing activities, and project execution to ensure HR technologysolutions effectively support global HR operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strongHR systems expertise, experience supporting global HR operations, projectmanagement skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to leadand develop team members. Experience with HRMS or HR technology platformssupporting core HR processes in a global environment.

Support the day-to-day administration andmaintenance of the HRMS (Darwinbox), ensuring system reliability,functionality, and data accuracy.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimizebusiness processes and workflows through technology solutions.

Maintain employee data integrity through regularaudits, validation processes, and corrective actions.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate withIT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Partner with and support the HR TechnologyManager in planning, testing, and deploying system enhancements, updates, andnew modules.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security,and regulatory requirements across all HR systems.

Supervise, coach, and develop a small HRtechnology support team.

Assign and prioritize daily work activities toensure service quality and timely completion of deliverables.

Provide guidance, training, and escalationsupport for complex HR technology issues.

Conduct ongoing performance feedback,development planning, and support team capability growth.

Foster a culture of accountability,collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Support HR technology projects, including systemimplementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist in developing project plans, timelines,testing activities, and implementation schedules.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders tosupport successful project execution.

Track project activities and communicateprogress, risks, and issues to the HR Technology Manager.

Support quality assurance processes for HRsystems, data management, and reporting.

Perform testing and validation of systemchanges, enhancements, and configuration updates.

Identify opportunities for process improvementsand recommend corrective actions.

Maintain documentation of processes, controls,and system configurations.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources,Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years experience with HRMS or HR technologyplatforms supporting core HR processes in a global environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reportingtools

Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Experience supervising, coaching, or leadingsmall teams.

Experience supporting projects, testingactivities, or process improvement initiatives.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, andattention-to-detail skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.

Experience with quality assurance, testing,audit, or governance processes within HR technology environments.

Experience supporting HR system implementations,integrations, or transformation initiatives.

Formal project management training or experiencesupporting project delivery.
