Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Assist in the entire spectrum of Human Resources activity

• Support and assist in the entire recruitment process and talent sourcing

• Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR Department

• Compile and maintain paper, digital and electronic copies of all employee records

• Assist and manage employee benefits and compensation

• Monitor and update of all staff annual and medical leave

• Manage, organize and support staff training and development initiatives

• Escalate all employee related issues and conflicts in a timely manner

• Assist in coordinating employee on-boarding and orientation and exit interviews

• Assist in staff engagements and company events

• Responsible for staff engagement through social media platforms

• Coordinate management-employee communications

• Ensure compliance of all HR procedures

• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources roles
• Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws
• Proactive and and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition
• Ability to multi-task
• Meticulous with great attention to details
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Pleasant personality, team player and have the right work attitude
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to the job
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and can multi-task
