We're Hiring: Assistant HR Manager | I'MSignia Beach Front Resorts - Boracay

Ready to take the next step in your HR career surrounded by sun, sand, and turquoise waters? We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Assistant HR Manager to join our team at I'MSignia Beach Front Resorts!

In this role, you’ll support daily HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and serve as a key point of contact for our resort team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist with sourcing, screening candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Help maintain high morale through team engagement initiatives, open communication, and conflict resolution support.
• HR Operations & Records: Oversee daily administrative HR tasks, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and file management.
• Labor Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and assist in implementing resort policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of progressive HR experience (hospitality or resort experience is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of labor relations, HR administration, and recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centered island environment.

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite in Boracay
