Assistant Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

A) HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee and maintain HR policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations

• Manage disciplinary matters, performance issues, domestic inquiries, and employee grievances

• Advise management on industrial relations (IR) matters and risk mitigation

• Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmations, and exit processes

B) Talent Management & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive, managerial, and support roles

• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and talent needs

• Enhance the onboarding experience and manage probation effectively

C) Performance & Employee Engagement

• Administer performance management frameworks, appraisals, and KPI alignment

• Support leaders in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and reinforce company culture

D) HR Strategy & Reporting

• Provide HR insights, reports, and recommendations to management

• Support organizational restructuring, manpower optimization, and succession planning

• Continuously improve HR processes for greater efficiency and scalability
