Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.
• Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
• Assist in onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company policies.
• Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-7 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
