Assistant Manager - HVAC Procurement (Project Based)

Job Description for Procurement in HVAC

Key Responsibilities

• Source HVAC materials, equipment, and components (ducts, compressors, refrigerants, etc.) in line with project requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms for price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications, including brand and technical requirements.
• Identify and onboard reliable HVAC suppliers/vendors.
• Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth project execution without delays.
• Coordinate with the store and project teams for material requirements and consumption updates.
• Monitor budgetary compliance and optimize procurement costs.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Stay updated on market trends, new HVAC technologies, and alternate suppliers.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Have 6-8 experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in procurement management systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC components and technical specifications.
• Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
