Assistant Manager (Information Technology)

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, lead development teams, and ensure the reliability and scalability of critical supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, manage project timelines, change requests, and project risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain systems, including warehouse and transportation applications.
• Provide support for EDI integrations, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT activities, maintain test documentation, and conduct system demonstrations.
• Work with global stakeholders to ensure system integration, compliance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or related certification preferred.
• Experience in 3PL logistics, supply chain systems, or EDI implementation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with EDI, XML, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
