Location: Near Stadium MRT
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

Support the planning, development, and delivery of sports infrastructure projects. This role involves site assessments, feasibility studies, tender management, stakeholder coordination, and project administration to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site studies, feasibility assessments, and planning evaluations.
• Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
• Manage project administration, budgeting, and documentation.
• Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders for consultants, surveyors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project development and construction.
• Maintain project records, reports, and approval documentation.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the sports industry is an advantage.
