Assistant Manager - Inside Sales/Edtech

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategies for educational institutions to promote EdTech products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and product offerings.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills in B2C sales, edtech sales, educational sales, and sales coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in inside sales or related field with a focus on education industry or EdTech sector.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Strong understanding of b2c sales principles and practices; knowledge of edtech sales is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
