Assistant Manager - Interior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop design options based on established planning strategies
• Translate clinical workflows into functional layouts and interiors
• Produce detailed drawings, BOQs, and coordinated working packages
• Work closely with MEP, civil, and procurement teams
• Contribute to design detailing, material decisions, and execution support

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in healthcare / hospital design / High rise commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and or interior design
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Strong understanding of clinical planning logic (OTs, patient flow, sterile vs non-sterile zoning, etc.)
• Ability to take a concept and independently develop it into working drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment
