Responsibilities:

• Review the organization's control measures and operating procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Identify and assess potential risks within the group and business functions, and establish and maintain key risk indicators
• Develop mitigation plans for identified control weaknesses, non-compliance issues, and operational deficiencies
• Work with management to identify root causes and develop practical and acceptable solutions to address issues or gaps identified
• Maintain and continuously optimize the risk monitoring and reporting framework to ensure issues can be addressed and corrected in a timely manner
• 審核機構的監控措施及運作程序，確保符合政策與法規要求
• 識別及評估集團及業務部門的潛在風險，建立及維護關鍵風險指標
• 針對已識別的監控弱點、違規情況及營運缺失，制定整改計劃
• 與管理層合作，找出問題根本原因，並制定切實可行的解決方案
• 維護並持續優化風險監控與匯報框架，確保問題能及時處理

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ internal audit and/or risk management experience
• Possess of professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA or CIA
• Experience at Telecommunication industry is preferred
• Excellent writing skills, good expression in Chinese report is an advantage
• Excellent team player and be able to work independently
• Flexible, proactive and with good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Occasional overseas travel is required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager, Internal Audit.
• 持有會計、財務或相關學科學位
• 具備最少5年內部審計及/或風險管理經驗
• 持有專業資格，如CPA、CISA或CIA
• 有電訊行業經驗者優先
• 具備良好書寫技巧及良好中文報告表達能力者優先
• 具團隊合作精神，同時能獨立工作
• 靈活、主動，並具良好溝通技巧
• 良好英文及中文（廣東話及普通話）口語及書寫能力
• 需偶爾到海外出差
• 經驗豐富者將考慮為內部審計經理
