Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct process audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes, operations, and controls.
• Develop and implement effective auditing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute audit plans, reports, and recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance on internal audit best practices, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in internal audit execution.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in conducting process audits using various tools and techniques (e.g., flowcharts, SWOT analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CAIA are an asset.
