Assistant Manager, Internal Audit Department

• To prepare detailed audit approach and plan for each audit assignment.
• To perform risk-based audit and determine appropriate audit samplings and testing procedures.
• To prepare internal audit reports and communicate audit findings with auditees.
• To come up with appropriate audit recommendations to enhance internal controls to accommodate the changing needs of TA Group’s businesses and its operational environment.
• To conduct follow-up audit and ensure timely closure of audit findings for TA Group.
• To provide guidance to the junior audit team members to meet the requirements of Internal Audit
• To attend to any other duties assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Requirement:-

• Interested candidate must have at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional qualification or equivalent discipline.
• Member of Professional Bodies such as Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA), Institute of Internal Audit Malaysia (IIAM) or any relevant professional body.
• Candidates with at least four years of working experience in internal audit—preferably public listed companies, hotels, property development, leasing, or the capital market are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Possess good communication, analytical and report writing skills.
• Possess a positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to travel on audit assignments, including local and overseas countries such as Vancouver, Canada, Australia, China, Thailand, Singapore and etc.
