What they need
Support and manage business applications (CRM, ERP, Finance, Production, Procurement)
Resolve application issues and provide user support.
Gather business requirements and coordinate with the Central IT team.
Conduct UAT and train end users.
Required Candidate profile
5+ years of experience in ERP/CRM/Application Support.
Experience with enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar.
