Assistant Manager- IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, and network infrastructure.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor infrastructure performance using Zabbix and troubleshoot system issues.
• Handle server migrations, infrastructure deployments, and PowerShell automation.
• Manage Asterisk PBX, SIP trunks, IVR, and call routing.
• Maintain backups, security, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Lead the IT infrastructure team and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet FCP, or relevant Microsoft certifications will be preferred.

Job Specifications:

• Strong knowledge of network and data center communications.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, and VLANs.
• Proficiency in firewall administration, VPNs, and network security.
• Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Zabbix, PowerShell automation, and Asterisk VoIP.
• Strong team management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts when required.
