Assistant Manager – Ladies’ Apparel Store

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our ladies’ apparel store, specializing in stitched and unstitched women’s clothing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Manage sales staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions.
• Maintain proper stock, inventory, and display of stitched and unstitched collections.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain accurate records.
• Support staff scheduling, discipline, and overall store management.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in ladies’ fashion or clothing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of stitched and unstitched ladies’ apparel.
• Honest, punctual, presentable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours.

Job Location: Tariq Road

Timings : 11:00am to 9:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
