Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for Front office/customer service staff to enhance their skills in customer handling, query solvig, upselling.
• Develop customized training content based on business requirements and industry trends.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making about training initiatives.
