Assistant Manager - Lean

Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize productivity. 

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members. 

Ensure that all improvement projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions to streamline processes. 

Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. 

Lead and manage the Operational Excellence team, providing direction and support to ensure the successful completion of improvement projects.
