Assistant Manager - Leasing (Ref# AML261013J)

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to conduct market intelligence, rental benchmarking and competitor analysis.
  • Experience in preparing business cases, leasing recommendations and approval papers supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to compile and present leasing proposals, financial assessments and strategic recommendations to facilitate management decision-making and approval processes.

• Business Development & Leasing

  • Proven ability to drive tenant acquisition, develop leasing pipelines and support occupancy growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills with occupiers, brokers, agents and other stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of commercial leasing practices, conveyancing processes and tenancy administration.

• Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Experience in maintaining leasing databases/portals, occupancy statistics and pipeline reports, as well as preparing pre-leasing materials and approval submissions.
  • Report writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and charting) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in commercial leasing, real estate, property management, business development or related fields.
• Experience in business analytic, co-working space operation, retail leasing, project management, is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer or Officer.

The position is on a 1-year term contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs.
