Assistant Manager - Line Compliance

A First Line Compliance Officer ensures that operations adhere to all contractual and regulatory requirements regarding financial transactions, procedures, processes and operations are compliant, relevant laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Promote compliance with accreditation, licensing, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure timely updates to organization leaders.
• Support updates to organizational practices, as needed. Liaise with accrediting and regulatory bodies.
• Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and teams on healthcare compliance matters )
• Complete related audits.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Good knowledge in MS office Tools Word, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook, Visio and form.
• Knowledge of quality management methodologies
• Internal /External Compliance or audit experience is preferred
