Assistant Manager – Loyalty Partnership

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager – Loyalty Partnership to grow our partnership engines, affiliate marketing and third-party strategic partnerships. You must be a solid commercial relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive strategic partnership opportunities for business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2C partners to support program expansion and create business opportunities
• Build strong partner relationships and deliver partnership initiatives
• Understand customers' (travelers') needs and GBA market opportunities to support customer-focused initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to unlock revenue driven opportunities
• Support CRM journeys and partnership programs across our O+O (Offline + Online) business model
• Apply an analytical and data-driven approach to turn business data and customer insights into actionable plans

About you

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial, New Media/Social Media, or related disciplines
• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of stable full-time experience in consumer marketing, account management, business development or partnership-related roles
• Skills & Competencies:
• Solid and stable working experience in co-marketing partnerships with bank, payment platforms, retailers, F&B or travel-related industries in Hong Kong/GBA is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, data-driven thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, good interpersonal communication skills to our partners with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter to deliver business results, a good team player and goal achiever, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Candidates with more relevant working experience may be considered for the Manager position

Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
