Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, robots), and utilities.
- Ensure minimal machine downtime and quick restoration of production equipment.
- Maintain and update the preventive maintenance schedule as per OEM and internal SOPs.
- Supervise maintenance of moulds, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team for machine availability and performance.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation for audit compliance (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc.).
