Assistant Manager (Management Representative)

Role & responsibilities

3 Posts. One each at Chh. Sambhajinagar,Pune, and Nashik based.

Reporting to Senior Management Representative\Location Head. Degree \Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with minimum 8 years experience in Engineering Industry as MR or Internal Auditor of ISO activities.

Responsible for :

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Maintain documented information, procedures, manuals, and records.
• Plan , prepare and conduct the annual internal audit schedule.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Organize Management Review Meetings and monitor implementation.
• Ensure company policies are effectively implemented.
• Train employees on quality procedures and documentation.

Required Skills :

Knowledge of quality tools (CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant management system standards.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (preferred).

Good documentation and report-writing skills.
