Assistant Manager / Manager – Client Servicing

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into effective event, activation and marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with Creative, Production and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, proposals, quotations and project budgets.
• Present concepts and proposals confidently during client meetings, presentations and pitches.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Take complete ownership of projects and ensure seamless planning, coordination and execution.
• Track project progress, address challenges proactively and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure client expectations are consistently met while delivering high-quality and impactful event solutions.
