Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in corporate tie-ups, hospital sales, and community outreach.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, NGOs, and other partners to secure new business opportunities.
• Lead a team of marketers to plan and execute eye camps, field marketing activities, patient acquisition campaigns, and relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies for healthcare services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Eye Hospital or related field (Hospital Marketing).
• Proven track record of success in developing corporate tie-ups and driving revenue growth through business development efforts.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare landscape and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
