Assistant Manager / Manager - Procurement

We are looking for a Procurement professional with experience in **corporate interior fit-out / managed office spaces**. The candidate will be responsible for handling **end-to-end procurement activities** for projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage **CAPEX & OPEX procurement** for projects
• Handle **vendor sourcing, evaluation & onboarding**
• Lead **price negotiations** and cost optimization
• Ensure **timely material procurement** as per project timelines
• Work closely with **design, projects & finance teams**
• Maintain and manage procurement activities in **SAP MM**
• Develop and maintain a strong **vendor network**

**Requirements:**

• Experience in **corporate interiors / fit-out / co-working industry**
• Strong knowledge of **procurement processes, CAPEX & OPEX**
• Hands-on experience in **SAP MM**
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Relevant experience as per role (Assistant Manager / Manager level)
