As a Assistant Manager, M&E (Security Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring project schedules and deliverables.

• Lead and delegate daily installation activities to engineers and technicians.

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate engineering materials and deliverables.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support site activities and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required by project needs.

• Read, interpret and prepare electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs) and control panel drawings.

• Manage engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon project completion.

• Conduct testing, commissioning and inspection of electrical and hydraulic control panels and equipment.

• Support preventive maintenance planning and implementation.

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out corrective maintenance.

• Prepare service reports, diagnostic reports and project progress updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, M&E or engineering projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good working knowledge of PLC systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements will be an advantage.
