What they need
Preparing Process plan for new project as well as plan updating of old project.
Implementation of new line as per process plan.
RFQ Preparation for Assembly Fixture, Gauge.
Fixture, Tool & gauge procurement and installation and ommissioning as per requirement.
Preparation & updating of SOP, PFD, PFMEA & PPAP Documentation.
Manpower planning.
Time study.
PFMEA Review plan Vs actual plan record.
Fixture preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
Trolley preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
Preparation of Packaging proposal for new project.
Preparation & Updating of FTG
Carrying out evaluation of stages of Production line. And suggesting possible changes which reduce cycle time without affecting quality.
Must Be aware about 5S, Kaizen, VAVE.
Knowledge about process improvement tools.
Involve in new Product launch in assembly line.
