Assistant Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective marketing and promotion plan for trade distribution, retail and e-comm business of professional skin care brands
• Monitor A&P budget, stock inventory movement and formulate tactical promotion activities, where necessary
• Liaise with landlords, buyers and dealers to develop effective promotion strategies
• Plan and manage digital and social media platform strategy to maximize brand exposure and engagement
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate sales performance and promotion activities
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder, in any business-related field
• 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in skincare industry.
• Experience with B2B or Salon industry will be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and highly result-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and can work under pressure
• Mature, self-motivated, resourceful and attentive to details
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Immediate available is highly preferable
