Assistant Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Communication team in executing marketing and communication activities, including public relations programs, advertising strategies, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives.
• Plan and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales performance.
• Manage internal and external communication to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute digital branding initiatives and special promotional campaigns.
• Develop and prepare marketing activities aligned with customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, including Digital Marketing, preferably in retail or related industries.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing, digital marketing, and retail industry.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Solid marketing expertise with strong execution capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to confidently present ideas and recommendations to Country GM.
