Assistant Manager Master Data Management (ETP)

Manage employee master data, HR lifecycle transactions, payroll inputs, and data reconciliations across HR systems. Conduct audits, ensure compliance, resolve data discrepancies, and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates with 7–10 years of HR or Payroll Operations experience, strong HRIS and data reconciliation skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
