- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out projects is desirable.
