Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Project Delivery:

oEnsure that all MEP works are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards for residential projects.

2. Monitoring & Control Site Activities:

oEnsure the smooth flow of work by coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

oPerform regular inspections and audits to ensure proper installation.

3. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

oEnsure all activities adhere to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

4. Project Documentation:

oEnsure all technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations, are properly maintained and updated throughout the project.

5. Team Leadership:

oHelp manage, motivate, and develop junior engineers and technical staff, ensuring a high level of teamwork and productivity.

6. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:

oCoordinate with MEP vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure material delivery, project progress, and compliance with project timelines.

7. Performance Monitoring:

oEvaluate the performance of MEP contractors and service providers,

oEnsuring adherence to quality standards and resolving any performance issues.

8. Technical Skills:

oStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installations.

oKnowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for residential MEP systems.

oFamiliarity with project management software and scheduling tools.

9. Resources:

Bring in new resources to carry out MEP works.

Develop New suppliers.

Prepare Comparative statements.

Fin out alternative material, methods.
