- Handle metallurgical processes, testing and quality control for bearing manufacturing.
- Conduct material analysis, metallurgical inspection and failure analysis.
- Manage heat treatment, hardness, microstructure and material testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room & R&D teams for process improvement.
- Analyze metallurgical issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain metallurgical reports, testing records and process documentation.
- Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in bearing, automotive components, forging, heat treatment
