GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Assistant Manager - MIS" for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and provide functional support for Logicsoft Platform ERP across Merchandising, Planning, MCD, Purchase & Procurement, Fabric Production, Garments Production, Commercial, Screen Print, AOP, Embroidery, Garments Wash, Yarn Dyeing and Trims & Accessories modules.
• Lead ERP implementation, process mapping, module configuration, user requirement analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor end-to-end ERP transactions and ensure proper data flow from Order Entry to Production, Inventory, Commercial and Shipment processes.
• Provide functional troubleshooting and coordinate with Logicsoft/ERP vendors for system issues, bugs, enhancements and new requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper implementation and utilization of ERP modules according to approved SOPs and company processes.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, MCD, Store, Purchase, Commercial, Accounts and other departments for ERP-related issues and process improvements.
• Monitor master data, transaction accuracy, data integrity and system controls across different ERP modules.
• Prepare and monitor ERP-based MIS reports, dashboards and management information as required by Management.
• Conduct ERP user training, prepare user guidelines/SOPs and provide ongoing support to ERP users.
• Identify gaps between actual business processes and ERP functionality and coordinate necessary system modifications/solutions.
• Monitor ERP implementation progress, pending issues, user feedback and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management in ERP-driven automation, digitalization and integration initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, issues, solutions, enhancements and implementation status.
• Lead and supervise MIS/ERP team members and ensure timely completion of assigned ERP support activities.
• Perform any other ERP/MIS-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years
• Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
• Skills: erp implementation project management, erp modules, sap erp, erp selection, manufacturing operations management, erp systems knowledge, erp implementations
