Assistant Manager-O2C Cash Application

4 to 8 years of experience in O2C Cash Application with minimum 1 to 2 years of team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Cash Application operations and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI requirements.
• Lead a team of Cash Application analysts/executives and monitor daily productivity and quality metrics.
• Allocate work, manage queue volumes, and ensure timely completion of cash posting and reconciliation activities.
• Handle escalations related to unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and process issues.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and present operational MIS, dashboards, and process updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Collections, Billing, AR, and Client stakeholders for issue resolution and process governance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and knowledge transition activities.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOPs, and internal control standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in O2C Cash Application.
• Minimum 1+ year of team handling experience (5-15 FTEs preferred).
• Strong exposure to Cash Posting, Payment Reconciliation, Unapplied Cash Research, and AR processes.
• Experience in stakeholder/client management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong reporting and MIS skills with advanced Excel.
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
