Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison for stakeholders ensuring effective relationship management and governance.
• Collaborate with team to prepare and update reports, performance dashboards, and monthly leadership snapshots.
• Prepare and analyze reports and key metrics related to financials, workforce, capacity, and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment across multiple reporting platforms through stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Equipped with the relevant compliance experience required in Third Party Data Protection Control, Gift & Entertainment - Approval & Reporting, KYC documentation for Customer Risk, Data Analysis and Sanctions Screening.
• Develop a strong governance monitoring and reporting framework for process level readiness on a periodical basis.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program including regular reviews, updates to documentation and related procedures for respective process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to articulate and influence stakeholder / customers is a critical requirement
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
