Role Summary

Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce E-commerce operations , driving smooth execution, KPI performance, customer experience, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Quick Commerce E-commerce operations and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Monitor orders, inventory, delivery performance, and customer issues .
• Track key KPIs, MIS, productivity, SLA, and operational performance .
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions and process improvements .
• Handle operational and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new store/location launches, expansion, and operational readiness .
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, quality, and compliance standards .
• Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
