Assistant Manager - Operations

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets
• Manage and guide factory workers and machine operators
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production standards
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery when required
• Maintain production records, reports, and inventory updates
• Train new employees on operational procedures and workplace safety
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to improve efficiency
• Minimize downtime and reduce material wastage
• Coordinate with Inventory & logistics team for efficient operations.

Preferred candidates with minimum 4 year of experience in factory supervision roles specifically in food processing or similar industry.
