Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations professional to manage day-to-day co-living property operations, ensuring smooth property performance and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, move-ins/move-outs and resident processes.
• Monitor rental collections, R&M, utilities and reconciliations.
• Manage vendors, invoices and service quality.
• Handle MIS, reporting, data analysis and operational trackers.
• Coordinate with Property Managers, Finance, Sales and other teams.
• Track operational KPIs, identify gaps and ensure timely closure.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in co-living, hospitality, real estate, facility or property management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills.
• Good analytical, communication and vendor-management skills.
• Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Hospitality/Operations background is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
