Assistant Manager - Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily salon operations and manage the team effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and drive service and retail sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Drive customer appointments, repeat visits, and local marketing activities.
• Maintain salon hygiene, grooming, and brand standards.
• Monitor daily sales reports, inventory, and operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on achieving business targets.
• Ability to manage daily operations and handle customers professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
